The main goal of this research is to evaluate the model of improvement of small and medium businesses with the approach of information technology. In terms of purpose, this research is applied and based on the method of data collection, it is a survey descriptive research. The statistical population of this research includes managers and employees of small and medium businesses in the country. The data collection tool in this research was a questionnaire that was randomly distributed among the members of the community and finally 384 suitable questionnaires were collected for data analysis. The data was analyzed through the structural equation approach and with the help of Smart-PLS software. The results showed that among the causal factors, external factors have a greater impact on the improvement of small and medium businesses. Also, the strategy of new product development and technology absorption and transfer is considered to be the most effective strategy for improving small and medium businesses. Therefore, it is necessary to plan properly to attract and retain experts at different levels of business, including sales, marketing, information technology, etc., in order to ensure the presentation of products and marketing and sales activities in foreign markets and actually make them attractive. Working conditions in the company can be a factor to attract elite people in the company and in this sense an important competitive advantage can be created for the company for growth and development. It is also recommended to have a supportive atmosphere and attitude on the part of senior business managers to absorb new technologies in the relevant industry.

The purpose of this research was the effectiveness of technology-based active learning strategy on academic satisfaction and cognitive flexibility of elementary school students in experimental sciences. The research method was a semi-experimental pre-test-post-test design with a control group. The statistical population included all sixth grade female students of the elementary school in Darreh Shahr city. In order to select the sample size, it was selected from the available sampling method in such a way that 36 students of the sixth grade of the second period of elementary school were selected and then the selected sample was randomly divided into experimental groups (18 people) and control groups (18 people). To collect data regarding academic satisfaction, Huber's educational satisfaction questionnaire (2001) and Stroop test (1935) were used to measure students' cognitive flexibility. The experimental group was taught the 6th grade experimental science course using technology-based active learning strategy during eight sessions, and the control group was taught in the usual way. To analyze the data, statistical methods were used at two descriptive levels (central and dispersion indices) and inferential (multivariate covariance analysis). The results showed that technology-based active learning strategy has a significant effect on students' academic satisfaction, but no significant effect was observed on the variable of cognitive flexibility. According to the results of this research regarding the effectiveness of the technology-based active learning strategy on the academic satisfaction of primary school students, it is suggested that the application of this strategy be included in the agenda of the Ministry of Education's Ministry of Education.

The purpose of this research was to introduce post-postmodernism and its basic characteristics with regard to the digital age. In this regard, the present study, with a qualitative approach and a descriptive-analytical method, aims to identify the concept of post-postmodernism and similar concepts, and to depict its characteristics while referring to the roots of the formation of post-postmodernism. The most important findings of the study in order to answer the main research question, namely the main characteristics of post-postmodernism, can be mentioned as follows: Two main characteristics of post-postmodernism can be mentioned as accessibility and abundance or excess. Post-postmodernism criticizes pessimism, nihilism, relativism and anti-enlightenment, and at the same time, to a reasonable extent, welcomes optimism, absolutism, foundationalism and universality, and puts the revival of meta-narratives on its agenda. Apart from this, it places great emphasis on globalization and promoting the importance of different cultures. While postmodernism focuses more on De and therefore speaks of deconstruction, post-postmodernism focuses on Re and therefore speaks of re-creation. The emphasis of post-postmodernism, considering the characteristics of the digital age, on code, game, Google, access, hypertext, multiple narratives, and contrasting combinations, creates special educational implications that require effort in this field. In conclusion, it can be said that post-postmodernism. While criticizing modernism and postmodernism, it also accepts some of the perspectives of each. The philosophical perspectives of post-postmodernism contain some elements of both modernism and postmodernism.
