To benefit from the research results of researchers and scientists in the country who work in the field of education, in 2010, with the follow-up of Dr. Akbar Jadidi Mohammadabadi as the editor-in-chief of the quarterly, the quarterly was granted a publication license from the Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance under number 85732.

 

The secretariat of this quarterly is currently located at Payam Noor University of Kerman Province, and all processes from receiving to publishing articles are carried out at this university.
