In line with benefiting from the research results of the country's researchers and scientists active in the field of education, the "Quarterly Journal of Technology and Scholarship in Education" succeeded in obtaining a publication license from the Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance, No. 85732, in 2019 , through the efforts of Dr. Akbar Jadidi Mohammadabadi, as the Editor-in-Chief of the quarterly.
The secretariat of this quarterly is currently located at Payame Noor University, Kerman Province, and all processes, from receiving to printing articles, are carried out at this university.
