With the spread of the corona disease, the relations of education changed and it was not possible for students to attend in school. For this reason, at first, trainings were started through television, and then virtual training systems and platforms such as Shad were designed. Based on this; The purpose of this research is to investigate the effect of the "Iran Television School" program on the academic performance of students with the mediation of academic motivation during the Corona period. The research method was a correlational survey. The statistical population includes all sixth grade students (1038 students) of Kordkuy city in the year 1400-1401, and 343 students were selected as a statistical sample using proportional stratified random sampling. To collect data, two standard questionnaires of academic performance by Pahm and Tyler (1999) and educational motivation by Guy, Marsh and Dawson (2005) were used. Pearson correlation coefficients and structural equation modeling were used to analyze the data. The results showed that there was a positive and significant relationship between the amount of watching TV school with academic motivation and academic performance. In fact, the television school program has been able to use different methods, including; Creating an appropriate environment and decor, using a capable presenter, among attractive programs, employing teachers with a history and experience, using up-to-date equipments and educational videos to increase the attention of your audience to education, attracting and motivating them to study. So that students can engage in their educational activities with increased ability.

Sustainable development is considered a function of the education system of each country, so the decision makers of each country should focus on improving the performance of this system. Teachers play the most important key role in improving performance, so increasing teacher productivity levels can lead to better performance of the educational system. This research tries to identify and rank the factors that help to increase the productivity levels of teachers in Ilam city. The current research is applied with a mixed (exploratory) approach. The data collection in the qualitative part is meta-synthesis and the data collection in the quantitative part is using Vicor matrix tool. In the first step, 217 previous researches related to the objectives of the present study were examined using the seven-step model of Sandelowski and Barroso, and the findings of these studies were aggregated, combined and interpreted in order to develop a comprehensive, new and original picture of the factors affecting Teachers' productivity should be presented. The expansion of the presented model is one of the strengths and innovations of this research. In this research, 39 final codes have been identified and presented in the form of seven dimensions (educational factors, managerial factors, economic factors, individual factors, physical factors, cultural factors, teachers' information updating factors). Factors were ranked. The results show that the greatest effect is related to the factor of teachers' information being up-to-date and the least effect among the seven identified factors is the welfare factor.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of peer assessment (PA) method on executive functions (EFs) and Students Engagement (SE) of fifth-grade elementary students in Piranshahr County in dictation. The research method was quasi-experimental with a pretest-posttest design and a control group. The statistical population included all fifth grade male students of Piranshahr County in the academic year 1402-1403, of which 30 were selected as a sample through cluster sampling method and were randomly assigned to two experimental and control groups (15 people in each group). Data were collected using the SE Questionnaire by Veiga (2016) and the teacher form of the Behavior Rating Inventory of EFs by BRIEF (2000). Cronbach's alpha reliability coefficients for these questionnaires were 0.78 and 0.84, respectively. The results of the analysis of covariance (ANCOVA) showed that after using the PA method, there was a significant difference between the experimental and control groups in terms of SE (F = 815.52, p ≤ .05) and EFs (F = 159.9, p ≤ .05). The effect size for SE was 0.968, and for executive function, it was 0.856, indicating the effectiveness of the PA method. Based on the findings of this study, it can be concluded that PA should be incorporated as an effective and complementary strategy in teaching various subjects and skills, including spelling. By providing opportunities for reciprocal learning, this approach can contribute to the formation of a learning community within classrooms and create a foundation for lifelong learning.

Improving the social skills of learners related to the curriculum and how to teach is one of the challenges faced by educators in the education system. The present research examined the effectiveness of two curricula, Montessori and Malagasy on social skills. The research method was semi-experimental with a pre-test-post-test design with experimental groups one and two. The statistical population of the first elementary children of Toos Mashhad region and its sample number of 60 people were selected in three experimental groups of 20 students (1 and 2 group) and the control group. The social skills questionnaire of Mattson et al(2002). was used as a pre-test and post-test research tool. The training protocol was prepared according to the theoretical foundations of Montessori and Malagasy and after the approval of the experts, it was implemented in thirteen training sessions. For the probability test, univariate covariance (ANCOVA) and Bonferroni's post hoc test were used. The findings showed that the Montessori educational method has an effect on the social skills of first grade children. Also, the Malagasy educational method with an effect an effect on the social skills of first grade children, but the Malagasy method was more effective on social skills than the Montessori experimental group. It is suggested that teachers should consider Montessori and Malagasy educational programs to improve communication skills.

abstract Higher education is considered a key component in the education system and human resources development in any country. Special educational needs are different in different age groups, which determines the special logic of the educational process in higher education. Since the higher education system is responsible for the important task of training specialized human resources, it is necessary to use appropriate, precise and systematic methods in the design, implementation and evaluation of its activities. This research seeks to design and validate the integrated model of curriculum components and aesthetic education in higher education. The main goal is to achieve components of aesthetics that can be used in the university curriculum along with other curriculum components from the field of humanities. For this purpose, these components were extracted from the literature sources of curriculum studies, the opinion of experts in this field, as well as the opinion of experts in the field of art and aesthetics, and after the consensus of opinion and the possibility of using them by the state universities of Khuzestan province, those components were used in the design of the proposed model. and then the proposed model was validated. The findings of the research showed that art and aesthetics as a perspective and paradigm in the curriculum contains many components, inspirations and components. These components can be used in the design, development and implementation of curricula, focusing on the important components of the curriculum such as goal, content, method and evaluation.
