پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین اثربخشی آموزش مدیریت زمان بر کاهش اعتیاد به اینترنت دانش آموزان مقطع دوم متوسطه شهر کرمان انجام شد. طرح این پژوهش طرح نیمه آزمایشی پیش آزمون- پس آزمون بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل کلیه دانشآموزان مقطع دوم متوسطه شهر کرمان در سال تحصیلی 1401-1400 بود. تعداد 30 دانش آموز بهصورت در دسترس بهعنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند و سپس به طور تصادفی و با روش قرعه کشی به دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل هر کدام 15 نفر تقسیم شدند. هر دو گروه در دو مرحله پیش آزمون و پس آزمون به پرسشنامه اعتیاد به اینترنت یانگ (1998) پاسخ دادند. پس از انتخاب نمونه، برای گروه آزمایش آموزش مدیریت زمان به شیوه گروهی، به مدت 8 جلسه 90 دقیقهای به صورت هفتگی اجرا شد و گروه کنترل در این مدت مداخلهای دریافت نکردند. داده ها با استفاده از روش های آمار توصیفی نظیر فراوانی، درصد، میانگین و انحراف استاندارد و از روش های آمار استنباطی نظیر تحلیل کواریانس چند متغیری مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که آموزش مدیریت زمان بر کاهش اعتیاد به اینترنت دانش آموزان مقطع دوم متوسطه در سطح معناداری 01/0p< تاثیر دارد. بنابراین به مدیران، معلمان و مشاورین مدارس پیشنهاد میگردد که دانشآموزان را با معایب و تهدیدهای استفاده بیش از اندازه و افراطی از فضای مجازی و مدیریت زمان استفاده از آن آشنا کنند و با ایجاد فضای شاداب در محیط مدرسه، موجب شور و اشتیاق و در نهایت افزایش دلبستگی و بهبود عملکرد تحصیلی در دانشآموزان نسبت به مدرسه شوند.کلیدواژهها: مدیریت زمان، اعتیاد به اینترنت، دانش آموزان.

The aim of the research is the effect of multimedia designed based on Mayer's design principles on the attitude towards the lesson and the academic excitement and learning of the science lesson. This research is one of the quasi-experimental quantitative researches with two groups of test and control and it is applied research for its purpose. The research sample consisted of 30 students of the sixth grade in Bojnord city, who were selected through available sampling and were divided into two experimental (15 people) and control (15 people) groups. After taking the pre-test from the topics of the experimental science course, for six sessions of training using the researcher-made multimedia, it was implemented only for the experimental group, and after the completion of the experimental period, the post-test was implemented on both groups. SPSS software was used for hypothesis testing and data analysis. The results show that the multimedia designed based on Mayer's design principles has a positive and significant effect on students' attitude towards experimental sciences. Multimedia designed based on Mayer's design principles has a positive and meaningful effect on students' academic excitement in the sixth grade science course. Multimedia designed based on Mayer's design principles has a positive and meaningful effect on the learning of science lessons in sixth grade elementary students.

Background and purpose: The smart board is one of the latest educational technologies with a lot of capabilities, which provides teachers with the possibility of creating attractive, new and diverse educational methods and increases educational motivation and stability. The purpose of this research is to study the effect of using smart board on the level of motivation and sustainability of learning math lessons of sixth grade students in the 19th education district of Tehran.Materials and methods: The research method is quasi-experimental with a control group. The statistical population of all elementary school students in Tehran and the sample size is 140 (two classes of boys and two classes of girls). Considering the type of study and data collection tool, 4 classes were randomly selected from among 10 boys and girls sixth grade classes. In order to measure the motivation component, Toan et al.'s (2005) standard learning motivation questionnaire was used. This questionnaire is standard and its validity and reliability have been confirmed in Tuan, Chin and Shi's research in 2005. Results: The results showed that the learning motivation of the experimental group who used the smart board increased by 5.97 units compared to the control group, and the learning stability of the experimental group increased by 1.95 compared to the control group. According to the equation of the regression coefficient, the adjusted coefficient of determination shows that the variables of smart board and learning motivation explain 0.40 of the variance of learning sustainability.Conclusion: There is a significant positive correlation between the motivation to learn and the use of the smart board (p=0.46) and between the sustainability of learning and the smart board (p=0.41).

The aim of present study was to investigate the Mediating role of academic procrastination in the relationship between early maladaptive schemas and the use of virtual social networks in high school students on bafgh city. This study was descriptive and correlational. The statistical population of this study consisted of all 773 female high school students in Bafgh in the academic year 2021-2022, 240 were available online and as a sample of the study. To collect data, the virtual social networks questionnaire of eidizadeh and ahmadi baloutaki (2018), the short form of the young and brown schema questionnaire (2003) and the tuckman academic procrastination questionnaire (2006) were used. Data were analyzed using Pearson correlation coefficient tests and path analysis in SPSS-22 and AMOS 24 software. The results showed that there was a positive and significant relationship between all components of early maladaptive schemas and academic procrastination with the use of virtual social networks. And the results of path analysis also showed that the model fit well with corrections and academic procrastination plays a mediating role in the relationship between Cuts and rejections, other orientation, excessive ringing and inhibition and restricted restrictions with the use of The subjects had virtual social networks. According to the obtained findings, it can be said that early maladaptive schemas and academic procrastination play an important role in the use of students' virtual social networks; therefore, with appropriate training, early maladaptive schemas and procrastination in students should be reduced to have positive consequences on the proper use of students' virtual social networks.

The main purpose of this research was to test the conceptual model of teachers' professional growth with educational productivity through the popularity and organizational prestige of teachers in Noorabad Mamsani city. The research method was descriptive-correlation. The statistical population of all primary school teachers (male and female) in Noorabad city was 207 people. To determine the sample size, Cochran's formula was used and the number of 135 people was considered as the statistical sample size. The sampling method was a multi-stage cluster. To collect information, Akfilt and Cote's professional growth questionnaire (2005), Hersey and Goldsmith's standard productivity questionnaire (1980), researcher-made popularity questionnaire, and Sarmad et al.'s organizational prestige questionnaire (2013) were used. Reliability was obtained using Cronbach's alpha coefficient of 0.855, 0.901, 0.747 and 0.782 respectively. Correlation analysis, regression analysis and structural equations were used to test the hypotheses. SPSS and Smart PLS software were used for data analysis. The results of this research showed that professional growth, organizational popularity and organizational prestige have a significant relationship with the educational productivity of teachers in Noorabad Mamsani city. On the other hand, it was found that the professional growth of teachers has a significant relationship with the organizational popularity and organizational prestige of teachers in Noorabad Mamsani city. Other results showed that teachers' professional growth, organizational popularity and organizational prestige are suitable predictors for educational productivity in teachers of Noorabad Mamsani city. The professional growth of teachers is a suitable predictor for organizational popularity and organizational prestige among teachers in Noorabad Mamsani city. I

This research was conducted with the aim of investigating the effect of sports activities with music on the behavioral problems of educable mentally retarded female students.40 intellectually disabled girls with an IQ of 50-70 were selected by selective sampling from Kausar Exceptional School in Yazd, and based on the pre-test scores, they were homogenously divided into four experimental and control groups. The groups included music, Exercise, exercise with music and control. Subjects were evaluated using Michael Rutter's behavioral problems test as pre-test and post-test. The data were analyzed using SPSS version 26 software and intra-group changes from dependent t and out-group changes as post-test and pre-test from one-way analysis of variance test. Findings of one-way analysis of variance showed that the score of behavioral problems among the groups was non-significant and significant after the test. The average changes in the score of behavioral problems in the post-test stage compared to the pre-test in the sports, music, sports + music groups were significantly reduced. According to the results of this research.
