چکیده

پژوهش حاضر با هدف ,واکاوی توانمندی های معلم و شاگرد در آموزش ترکیبی با تاکید بر پژوهش های پساکرونا انجام پذیرفت. این تحقیق از نظر هدف کاربردی، به لحاظ روش جمع‌آوری داده‌ها توصیفی و از نظر ماهیت داده‌ها کیفی می‌باشد. روش گردآوری داده‌ها بررسی مطالعات اسنادی با ابزار جستجوی الکترونیکی و فیش‌برداری از آنان می‌باشد و روش پژوهش مرور نظام مند با استفاده از پروتکل پریزما است. جامعه-آماری شامل کلیه پژوهش‌های داخلی و خارجی در حوزه توانمندی های معلم و شاگرد در آموزش ترکیبی است که از سایت‌های داخلی شامل سامانه گنج ایرانداک، مگ ایران، اس.آی.دی، انسانی دات.آی.آر، نورمگز و سیویلیکا و سایت‌های خارجی شامل ساینس دایرکت، اسکوپوس، سیج، تیلوراندفرانسیس و گوگل‌اسکالر، نمایه شده بودند. نمونه آماری شامل 24 مقاله خارجی به زبان انگلیسی و 14 مقاله داخلی، در مجموع 38 پژوهش داخلی و خارجی چاپ شده بین سالهای 2021 تا 2024 و 1400 به بعد بودند که به روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند انتخاب شدند، پس از آن، محتوای هریک از مقالات با نرم افزار مکس‌کیودا نسخه 2020، مورد بررسی قرار گرفت و مطالب مهم هر سند، از جمله عنوان، کلمات کلیدی و نکات مهم هر مقاله کدگذاری شد و مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت. یافته‌های پژوهش نشان داد مهم ترین توانمندی های مورد نیاز معلم عبارتند از توانایی تسهیل‌یادگیری، طراح تجربیات یادگیری، تولیدکننده محتوا، مدیر کلاس های ترکیبی و توانایی ارزیابی و بازخورد مستمر است. همچنین درخصوص توانمندی های شاگرد در دوران پساکرونا نیز نتایج حاکی از آن بود که شاگرد باید توانایی مدیریت یادگیری شخصی، استفاده از ابزارهای دیجیتال، همکاری و کار گروهی، تاب‌آوری و انطباق‌پذیری و مهارت‌های ارتباطی را داشته باشد.

The present study was conducted with the aim of reconsidering the capabilities of teachers and students in blended learning, with an emphasis on research conducted in the post-COVID-19 researches.This research is applied in terms of purpose, descriptive in terms of data collection method, and qualitative in terms of data nature. Data were collected through a documentary review of existing studies using electronic search tools and systematic note-taking. and the research method is a systematic review using the PRISMA protocol. The statistical population includes all domestic and foreign research in the field of teacher and student capabilities in blended learning, which were indexed from domestic sites including Ganj Irandoc, MagIran, S.I.D., Ensari.ir, Normags, and Civilica, and foreign sites including Science Direct, Scopus, Sage, Taylor and Francis, and Google Scholar.The statistical sample included 24 foreign articles in English and 14 domestic articles, a total of 38 domestic and foreign research published between 2021 and 2024 and 1400 onwards, which were selected through purposive sampling, Subsequently, the content of each article was analyzed using MAXQDA software (version 2020). Key elements of each document, including title, keywords, and main findings, were coded and analyzed. The research findings showed that the most important capabilities required by a teacher are the ability to facilitate learning, design learning experiences, produce content, manage blended classes, and the ability to continuously evaluate and provide feedback. Also, regarding student capabilities in the post-corona era, the results indicated that students should have the ability to manage personal learning, use digital tools, collaborate and work in groups, be resilient and adaptable, and have communication skills.
