چکیده

چکیده
هدف از انجام این پژوهش ارزشیابی شاخص ها و مؤلفه های اثرگذار بر نوآوری در مدیریت فناوری آموزش اسلامی معلمان ورزش بود. جامعۀ آماری پـژوهش را کلیه معلمان ورزش آموزش و پرورش شهر مشهد تشکیل دادند و از بین آنها تعداد 307 پرسش نامه به شکل نمونه گیری در دسترس جمع آوری شد. به‌منظور جمع آوری داده ها از پرسش نامه نوآوری در مدیریت آموزش اسلامی ساخته شوفیاه و همکاران (2023) که مشتمل بر 27 سؤال بود استفاده گردید. به منظور تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از شاخص های توصیفی و آزمون های آماری ضریب آلفای کرونباخ، ضریب امگا مک‌دونالد، تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی و تحلیل عاملی تأییدی در نرم افزارهای آماری SPSS، Lisrel و Stata استفاده شد. نتایج الگوی ساختاری پژوهش نشان داد که در نمونة پژوهش، الگوی نوآوری در مدیریت فناوری آموزش اسلامی با داده‌ها برازش مطلوبی دارد. افزون بر این، تمامی ضرایب مسیر الگو از لحاظ آماری معنادار بودند و کاربرد مؤلفه های استفاده از فناوری، برنامه درسی مبتنی بر مهارت، آموزش از راه دور، استفاده از تجزیه و تحلیل، توسعه مهارت های دیجیتال، مشارکت جامعه در مدیریت آموزشی اسلامی، تفکر انتقادی و زمینه ای در آموزش اسلامی و توسعه تحقیق و نوآوری تاثیر مثبت و معناداری بر مدیریت فناوری آموزش اسلامی دارد. لذا، در تبیین عملکرد مطلوب معلمان ورزش در رفتار نوآورانه، ضرورت و بررسی پذیرش نوآوری در مدیریت فناوری آموزش اسلامی در بین کارکنان پیشنهاد می شود.

چکیده [English]

The aim of this research was to evaluation of indicators and components affecting innovation in the technology management of Islamic education of sports teachers. The statistical population of the study consisted of all physical education teachers in Mashhad, and 307 questionnaires were collected from them through convenience sampling. Collected available. In order to collect data, the innovation questionnaire in Islamic education management made by Shofiah et al. (2023) was used, which consisted of 27 questions. In order to analyze the data, descriptive indices and statistical tests of Cronbach's alpha coefficient, McDonald's omega coefficient, exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis were used in SPSS, Lisrel and Stata statistical software. The results of the structural model of the research showed that in the research sample, the innovation model in Islamic education technology management has a favorable fit with the data. In addition, all path coefficients of the model were statistically significant, and the application of the components of technology use, skill-based curriculum, distance learning, use of analytics, development of digital skills, community participation in Islamic educational management, critical and contextual thinking in Islamic education, and research and innovation development have a positive and significant effect on Islamic educational technology management. Therefore, in explaining the desired performance of sports teachers in innovative behavior, the necessity and examination of innovation acceptance in Islamic education technology management among employees is suggested.
