This research was conducted with the aim of identifying effective components in educational coaching. The current research method is qualitative and practical in terms of purpose. By collecting and analyzing the content of qualitative data, organizing themes and basic themes have been identified. In this study, interviews were conducted with theoretical and empirical experts, including 19 distinguished educational leaders who have also worked as internship professors at Teacher Training University with an educational coaching approach. These people were selected as a snowball and the interview continued until theoretical saturation was reached. Data analysis was based on thematic analysis and coding between two tests was used to validate the data. based on the results of this research, the effective components in educational coaching have been classified into three organizing themes, including the managerial role of coach, the role of coach in creating a culture and the role of implementing the coach. The results show that educational coaching is effective when educational leaders perform the coaching roles well considering these components.
