Abstract

objective : the purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between servant leadership and teachers job adjustment in smart schools in district 2 of kermanshah . this research in terms of objective is applied , in terms of nature is descriptive - survey and in terms of method is correlation .
method : the data collection method was questionnaire and the required tools were the دیویس and لافکوایست 's job adjustment questionnaires and the servant leadership questionnaire . the method of gathering information is library and the tool is note taking . the study population consisted of 221 managers and teachers of smart schools in district 2 of kermanshah . the sampling method is simple random . descriptive statistics and inferential statistics ( spearman correlation ) were used to analyze the data .
results : the findings showed that there is a direct and significant relationship between job adjustment dimensions ( achievement value , comfort value , base value , value of altruism , safety value , self - determination and adaptation style ) and servant leadership with significant level of 05 . the results showed that there is a significant relationship between servant leadership and job adjustment of smart schools teachers in district 2 of kermanshah .
