Abstract
The aim of this research was to evaluation of indicators and components affecting innovation in the technology management of Islamic education of sports teachers. The statistical population of the study consisted of all physical education teachers in Mashhad, and 307 questionnaires were collected from them through convenience sampling. Collected available. In order to collect data, the innovation questionnaire in Islamic education management made by Shofiah et al. (2023) was used, which consisted of 27 questions. In order to analyze the data, descriptive indices and statistical tests of Cronbach's alpha coefficient, McDonald's omega coefficient, exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis were used in SPSS, Lisrel and Stata statistical software. The results of the structural model of the research showed that in the research sample, the innovation model in Islamic education technology management has a favorable fit with the data. In addition, all path coefficients of the model were statistically significant, and the application of the components of technology use, skill-based curriculum, distance learning, use of analytics, development of digital skills, community participation in Islamic educational management, critical and contextual thinking in Islamic education, and research and innovation development have a positive and significant effect on Islamic educational technology management. Therefore, in explaining the desired performance of sports teachers in innovative behavior, the necessity and examination of innovation acceptance in Islamic education technology management among employees is suggested.
