Payam Noor University, in cooperation with Sharif Knowledge Processor Company, based in the Advanced Technologies Growth Center of Sharif University of Technology, has launched a comprehensive system for its journals to facilitate the submission, review, publication, and better management of scientific articles and materials of dear scholars. This system was designed and implemented using open source software and based on the standards of reputable international journals, and is currently used by a significant number of scientific, research, and academic journals, including the scientific journals of Sharif University of Technology, Tarbiat Modares University, Tarbiat Moallem University, some units of Islamic Azad University, and several journals of scientific associations. The most important features of this system are the design of the journal website in both Persian and English, the online article submission system, and the article review and electronic publication system for journals. Payam Noor University, as a large scientific community in the country, has updated its scientific publications system in line with current global standards to maintain international standards, and by increasing the number of readers of these publications, it hopes to be able to improve the current situation day by day in line with the expectations of its scientific users.
